Relationships, Careers, Family, Health, Spirituality

Born in Caracas, Venezuela, I have resided in the United States for more than 30 years, where I have built a professional career as well as a solid and rewarding personal life. My academic training began at Colorado State University (CSU), where I earned a Doctorate in Education, specializing in minority groups with a particular focus on the absence of Latina women in higher education. Additionally, I have a Master's degree in Language, Culture, Literature and Women's Studies.

With more than 16 years of experience in higher education, I have held various roles, from Spanish and English Language Learning (ELL) instructor, Mentor, to Bilingual Academic Advisor. My passion for education and inclusion led me to obtain certifications as a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Coach, as well as a Personal Coach.

My training in mental health and my dedication to diversity have allowed me to teach workshops on equity, female empowerment, and support for cancer patients and their families. As a lung cancer survivor and single mother of two children, who are now successful professionals, I bring a unique, empathetic perspective and compassion to my work.

I am here to help you through my vast professional and personal experience. I am delighted to be able to offer you my services and share my experience with you. Together, we can work toward a more inclusive and equitable future.
